All orders are posted within 2 working days using Royal Mail 48. For larger orders I use Fed Ex, DHL, UPS or DX Delivery. Your shipment/tracking information will be in your dispatch confirmation email.

International Orders

Unfortuately I am currently unable to offer shipping outside the UK.

Packaging

Your pieces may be packaged with a mixture of recycled or recyclable/ sustainable materials as ceramics require a lot of protection to travel. Most parcels are wrapped with brown honeycomb paper and brown packaging paper. Occasionally plastic bubble wrap and recycled boxes will be used which has kindly been saved for me by local retailers and allows me to keep the cost shipping as low as possible.

Refunds and Returns

As a small business, refunds will only be issued if the item is damaged or faulty. No exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. Please read the full product description and dimensions before purchasing.

If an item arrives damaged please email mimimadeceramics@gmail.com with photographs and details of your order within 3 days of delivery.
